I am here to guide you to find and follow your journey by developing a deeper connection to yourself through body, mind and spirit.

It is my passion to teach you to have a deeper relationship with yourself by identifying the programming stored in your body which keeps you emotionally, spiritually or physically blocked from growth and expansion. Once you discover this program, you can clear the karmic pattern, get yourself out of the loop to discover your worthiness, self love and abundance.

Our work will be focused around shifting the perspective of the mind, retraining the memory in your body to lift the vibration of the emotional body and awaken the intuition. We will look to find your truth, your strength and desires by letting go of the stories that have been passed through generations, and your past lives. By identifying these stories that have been keeping you locked in one place, you will be able to accept them, re-write them and move into the life you wish to cultivate for yourself.

In my latest book, Making Space to Breathe, I share with you my journey of overcoming the greatest programming and block I had, which was keeping me cycling in relationships with narcissists. I found myself with narcissistic employers, friends, ex-spouse, and more…finding the courage to leave this cycle by getting to the root of my programs, allowed me to find my worthiness and clear this karmic pattern.

I use several modalities to help create this shift for. Working with guided meditations, Shamanic journeys, plant medicine, somatic movements, energy healing, and much more.
