In this workshop you learn to sit with emotions as they rise, giving space to feel the feels, and finding acceptance for yourself and your life. We so often are trying to control the outcome or in too much of a hurry to process our emotions, which in time causes depression, anxiety, resentment, irritability, anger, etc. When you take time to address these emotional states of being through the Yogic Philosophy, then you open the door to a more peaceful and joy-filled life.
